About Dr. Tania Falcon Rodriguez

Dr. Tania Falcon is a dedicated Primary Care Physician with over 20 years of experience in family medicine. She discovered her passion for healthcare early on, drawn to science and inspired by the opportunity to help others live healthier, fuller lives. After earning her medical degree from San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in Puerto Rico in 2003, she completed her internship and began her career in both emergency and primary care settings before moving to Florida in 2014.

Since then, Dr. Falcon has served diverse communities across Central Florida, providing compassionate, personalized care. She believes in building strong, lasting relationships with her patients, grounded in trust, respect, and open communication. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she makes it a priority to include her patients in every decision, helping them understand their health and treatment options.

Outside of the office, Dr. Falcon is a proud wife and mom of two. Her daughter is headed to college to study forensic psychology, and her energetic young son is in elementary school. She enjoys family movie nights, watching medical dramas, and indulging her love of chocolate—often with the family’s playful Shih Tzu by her side.
